Suzuki outboard motor DF175APL

The Suzuki DF175APL outboard motor delivers top-notch performance and reliability, making it ideal for boaters who demand maximum power and efficiency. This 4-stroke engine, equipped with a DOHC system and 16 valves, has a displacement of 2,867 cm³, allowing it to generate 175 HP (129 kW) at 5,500 RPM.

Weighing 236 kg (for the L shaft),  the DF175APL boasts an excellent power-to-weight ratio with a gear ratio of 2.50:1. The engine runs on unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 91 and features a fully transistorized ignition system along with advanced multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection (EFI), ensuring optimal performance and fuel efficiency.

The engine is water-cooled with a thermostat, and the lubrication system uses a wet sump with an oil capacity of 8 liters. The electronic control (Suzuki Precision Control) allows for precise handling, while the electric starter ensures quick and reliable ignition.

The DF175AP is available in  long (L) version, with the option of either standard or counter-rotating propellers. 

This model also features a range of advanced technologies, including the Lean Burn Control System for optimized fuel consumption, the Suzuki Troll Mode System for precise low-speed control, and a Self-Adjusting Timing Chain for enhanced durability and reliability. Additional features, such as the anti-corrosion system and keyless start system, make the Suzuki DF175APL an excellent choice for safe and comfortable boating.

The price includes SMG4, electronic control and aluminum propeller of your choice. A complimentary Suzuki fuel filter/separator is included.

The price does not include installation and parts needed for installation, oil, control cables, or the battery.

To ensure warranty conditions, the engine can only be started by an authorized service center.

The price does not include sea testing. This is charged separately. If the propeller does not meet expectations during testing, it can be replaced free of charge within 15 days or 5 operating hours.
