Suzuki outboard motor DF225TX

The Suzuki DF225TX outboard motor is an excellent choice for demanding boaters, offering powerful and reliable performance. This 4-stroke engine, with a DOHC system and 24 valves, has a displacement of 3,614 cm³ and delivers 225 HP (165 kW) at 5,500 RPM.

Weighing 275 kg and featuring a gear ratio of 2.29:1, the DF225TX provides outstanding performance. It runs on unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 91 and is equipped with a fully transistorized ignition system and multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection (EFI) for optimal efficiency and fuel economy.

The engine is water-cooled with a thermostat, and the lubrication system uses a wet sump with an oil capacity of 10 liters. Electronic control (Suzuki Precision Control) allows for precise handling, while the electric starter ensures quick and reliable ignition.

The DF225TX is available with an extra-long shaft (X) of 635 mm and can be equipped with either standard or optional propellers. 

This model features a range of advanced technologies, including the Lean Burn Control System for optimized fuel consumption, the Suzuki Troll Mode System for precise low-speed control, and a Self-Adjusting Timing Chain for enhanced durability and reliability. Additional features, such as the anti-corrosion system and keyless start system, make the Suzuki DF225TX an ideal choice for safe and comfortable boating.

The price does not include installation and parts needed for installation, oil, steering cables, or the battery.

To ensure warranty conditions, the engine can only be started by an authorized person.

Test trial is not included in the price. It is charged separately. If the propeller does not meet the test requirements, it can be replaced free of charge within 15 days or 5 working hours.
